25.01.2022 AN OPEN INVITATION TO ATTEND THE HEART MORASS RESTORATION PROJECT COMMUNITY OPEN DAY!! DATE: Sunday 9th October 2016 TIME: 10.00am till 3.00pm LOCATION: Swing Bridge Drive ... (Follow the track along the LaTrobe River). To help celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Restoration Project at the Heart Morass Wetland, we extend an invitation to the public to attend our Open Day! The gates will be open for you to come and explore and discover the successful restoration. There will be numerous fun environmental activities running throughout the day to engage the whole family including: Reptile Show Macroinvertebrates School Sustainable Art Work Installations Wetland and Bird Watching Guided Tours Face Painting Honey Tasting The BIG PICTURE Dog Retrieval Display Coffee Van Lions BBQ and Drinks. Displays from West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority (WGCMA), Field and Game Australiaand Victorian Fisheries.

24.01.2022 Sundays Open Day is shaping up to be a brilliant day!! The tracks are all freshly slashed and the weather looks like it will be on our side too. Besides the events timetabled on the day, you are welcome to drive your cars (2WD or 4WD) on a self-guided tour of the property.
