(open to Wages or Sub-Contractor) Above award rates and bonus for the right tradesperson ~Work is located in the following ; Goulburn and surrounding areas Southern Tablelands Southern Highlands... ~You should be a fit and enthusiastic person and a team player who possess the following ; ~Hold a Trade Qualification in Carpentry with at least 4 years residential experience ~Proven industry experience, preferably within a residential environment (install frames/ Trusses /Eaves/Fixouts/Fitoffs) - must be able a self starter working in a fast paced workplace and be able work at heights. ~A clear understanding an appreciation of OHS & PPE obligations within the building industry ~Strong communication & Supervisor Skills are essential as you will be working directly with Apprentices and School Based Apprentices ~A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude ~A current NSW drivers licence/Trade Certificate Cert III - Licence/ White Card/Own Hand Tools
