23.01.2022 We have a white mulberry tree which is absolutely delicious...honey on a stick. Funny thing is my labradors adore them too. Every morning they rush to eat all the ones that have fallen down overnight. They also check it out a couple of times during the day!

15.01.2022 So 2020 has been a very unusual year for us. Included in that was a litter of one! I was actually dreading it and worried about him being solo but he has turned out to be an absolute delight. He also had the company of a 12 week old puppy plus our other dogs. He can certainly stand up for himself. It's funny watching the games they play. Tomorrow he leaves for Melbourne and we will miss him very much but I know he's going to a loving family.

14.01.2022 I always tell my puppy owners that I'm not a fan of early desexing. Having been a stud cattle breeder for nearly 30 years you want that testosterone in your males to help them grow and develop ..also so they look like a male. Likewise in cattle joining females at too young an age stunts their growth as they are putting their required energy into a growing foetus rather than developing good bone structure. Perhaps I might put this in my puppy packs.

12.01.2022 So these two pinched a pumpkin from the vege patch! Not sure they really enjoy the taste that much.. it's more the fun of chewing and making a mess!

02.01.2022 So our latest addition arrived from Tasmania today. "Mocha". Her mum was Thornton bred sired by our boy Sibelius. Mocha's dad is an Aust Champion. She is so beautiful and fitted in like a glove today. It's been an epic journey to get her here with continued cancelled flights and Covid. Thankyou Rachael Pollard for breeding her, Cassie Bled and Nicole Gilliver for puppy sitting.
