11.01.2022 Together with our great friend Topher Boehm from Wildflower Brewing & Blending we are hosting 2 very special events next week to launch a brand new beer of his - The St Henry. An Australian wild ale refermented with Moongold apricots from Orange NSW. We've tasted this beer along it's path with Topher and it's absolutely stunning. Friday afternoon with Topher will be behind the bar and on the floor pouring his full range of beers to accompany salty snacks. This will be the first time this beer has ever been poured. On Saturday, our head chef Enrico Tomelleri will be over at Wildflower brewery in Marrickville cooking for the official launch of the St Henry.
