24.01.2022 SOLOMONS SELECTION Weekly intuitive guidance. This weeks deck is the ‘Oracle of the 7 Energies ‘... By Colette Baron-Reid. Doesn’t surprise me one bit that the mirror card has shown up again this week in an entirely different deck. After Solomon chose the card I piled them together and was told to look at the underlying energies at the bottom. No shit Sherlock ! When Solomon was selecting the card , his energy was quite frustrated , volatile, almost to the point of anger. I feel this is definitely an emotion currently felt from those who are drawn to this..... Allow yourself to see through that lens of past conditioning. There is currently an inability to recognise the truth of what’s being offered. The entire world is a construct of smoke and mirrors, your job is to discover the truth that lies beyond the illusion. Are you truly being open and honest with yourself and those around you ? Drop into your heart and soul and call for a vision, a feeling, that inner knowing, an awareness of what is true and authentic. Remind yourself each and every day that you are intrinsically connected to all of life. You hold within such extraordinary magic with which to co-create a life beyond your wildest expectations. The choice is always yours! Time to release the illusions, conditioning and beliefs that may or may not have served a purpose up until now. ’Let it go’ Have that all important faith and trust in the divine and your own divinity as the two are not separated. Do not fear the future, step forward with the grace of your true authentic self, own your power, for that unconditional love and healing is on the other side of your current emotions. 21.01.2022 Today is the Feet Chakras appreciation day. There are so many important chakras in the body apart from the main 7 , yet these are often neglected. I have many upgrades over my lifetime and my awareness was drawn to my feet today and it highlighted just how sensitive they are. I always love bare feet as I love to feel the vibrations of Mother Earth, her wisdom and teachings... #feetchakras #grounded

17.01.2022 Tuesday night was our final meditation for 2020. A completion of a cycle and a celebration of new beginnings. I’m so proud of my ladies as they delved deep to release their bull shit stories they tell themselves once and for all. It’s confronting and painful but they all showed up in their truth. After a ceremonial burning, they eased into meditation with such humility, to rewrite and manifest a new story and celebrate a new future and new beginning without limitations or b...aggage. We all have those BS stories! Personally I choose to live an inspired and passionate life free from the limitations of my mind. A knock on the door and there she was, bearing gifts beyond my wildest dreams, my kind of abundance. 08.01.2022 Holy Moly so many planets in my sign of Aquarius! And of course today the 12/02/2021 palindrome, that mirrored effect! Here’s me thinking that I may pass through unscathed or unaffected ... How wrong was I I could feel the shadows creep in ever so slowly these past few days. Like a smouldering, a kind of simmering or stirring under the surface. Maybe a smothering lol Then bangduring meditation today it all came out, tears and all, the welcomed purged that was obviously needed. Memories and experiences of hurt, betrayal, self worth, disappointment dammm it all came out. A literal release of the old. The card I drew after 11. Doorways was the perfect crescendo. New opportunities presenting themselves. Doorways closing and new doorways opening. Every February is a massive energetic shift of course surrounding my birthday and life path. But in saying that no matter how much work I do on myself , there is always more, layer by layer a stripping back to basics. It keeps me growing and certainly keeps me grounded and humble. 06.01.2022 So lovely to be finally back running meditation with my beautiful group of women. I have missed them sooo much and simple ability to hug each of them. Tonight’s meditation was all about Love of self and heart healing. We invited the powerful goddess energies of Aphrodite to guide us as we travelled. It was beautiful to watch heart healing taking place, the release of the old scarring and the reclaiming of their power as they journeyed home. ...
