19.01.2022 Do you have a squad? A squad that will get you to gym and get shit done even when you dont feel like it? Im glad I do - my eating has been way off track for months and Im the only one who has control over that. However, as much as I support people in the gym, I definitely need it just as much. So even if you dont have that perfect gym body - get out there and find your squad and sweat up a storm!!!

18.01.2022 Have you tried ZUU? I'm doing this tomorrow for bootcamp with my Snap Fitness boonies. Very challenging but a great way to start your Saturday! Any movement is good movement!

17.01.2022 Tried my first poundfit class this morning - fun and full of lots of laughs! It doesnt matter what you do, just get out there, try new things and enjoy being alive!!!



17.01.2022 I may never be that perfect size 10 PT - and if thats the kind of person you like to follow, then thats absolutely ok. But what I am is a person who has always struggled with my weight, up and down, too many times to count. I have been consistent with my exercise over the last 3 years - back then I could barely do a step up and my goal this year was to finally do a box jump. It wasnt altogether pretty or perfect form - but it was consistency and determination that got me there. We can all do things that we never thought were possible - just need to take that leap of faith first.

15.01.2022 I am struggling at life at the moment- with fitting in my study, looking after my 5 kids and homeschooling them, my workouts at the gym, trying to get on top of my binge eating issues - plus trying to keep the house clean, be a good wife, mother, daughter, friend etc. But through all this I am so very thankful to the special friends (you know who you are!) who keep me positive and keep me going and to my beautiful friend Andrew who lets me test out my workouts on him for my assessments. Thanks everyone for all that you do to help keep me going.

06.01.2022 One of my favourites. I'm not a great runner, but I try. Even if I'm the slowest, I'm there (usually whinging but I'm doing it!) That's all we need to do - just start and keep on going. Any progress is good progress.
