24.01.2022 During the club trip to Jakarta we learned advanced empty hand combative techniques with GM Glen Gardiner, consisting of numerous different styles of arts honed for military unarmed combat. We were also fortunate enough to have a day of instruction with the Indonesian Counter Terrorist Team.

The kids are gaining confidence and strength through exercising in a disciplined and respectful environment with activities inside and outside the classes that brings everyone together. Tony Haywood Bronze medals for single stick and double stick armour (Senior). Two silver medals for padded single and double sticks (Senior). Old guys almost rule.
