20.01.2022 It's always really nice to get positive feedback from people that you do catering work for. Every catering job we try and catering to the whole group, with this group they needed lot's of protein and carbs for their long days riding but also food that helps repair there body. We gave them lots of fresh vegetables with salads and spices, meat and whole grains. This group of bike riders were such pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to catering for them next year.

09.01.2022 Well we didn't bring any medals back, but we did bring back some positive feedback from a very tough competition. I'm so proud of Luke for putting his bread & Sausage Rolls out there to be judged. He puts every effort into his bread that he is a self taught baker as such. Yes he is chef not a Baker. The work he does is labour intensive, hot & heavy, but he does it because he wanted us to have a slow fermentation bread with flavour and no preservatives. I personally would like to thank everyone that has supported us over this journey, your support means alot. Onwards and upwards with lot's of love that always goes into all our food.
