07.01.2022 The Hills Driving School The business has been operating for 16 years. I took it over from my father-in-law in July 2017. Always been a family business and mostly operates on word of mouth. The service areas include The Hills, Hawkesbury and Surrounding Areas. (but there is also scope to expand!) I currently operate with 2 cars:... Mazda3 (auto) 2007 147,000 kms. I purchased this from my mother who had the car from new. dual controls (brake only). No finance owing Mazda 3 (manual) 2017 13,500kms. Purchased new, dual controls (clutch/brake/accelerator). Still under warranty. Under finance I can’t give you P&L, balance sheets etc as I have not operated it myself for a full financial year, but since July 2017 revenue is sitting at $89,408 (annualised $119,210). This includes around 4 weeks of leave where I was not generating revenue. There is great potential to grow this through more marketing and putting on additional drivers. I have around 60 lessons booked in between now and the next 3 weeks, andthat grows daily. I am looking at a sell price of $20k for the business itself (business name, website, phone/number, marketing material, roof signs). The cars are additional. I am negotiable on price and can package the business and cars to anyone that is seriously interested. It’s a great opportunity for someone new to the industry, as it will start making money from Day 1, rather than having to spend money on a new website, marketing, cost to install dual controls and gaining a good reputation. If you know of anyone interested, please get them to call me. Thanks for your help. Robert De Celis The Hills Driving School 0421 077 232 [email protected] www.hillsdrivingschool.com.au

05.01.2022 No images? Click here 11 August 2020 Wearing face masks while providing transport-related services... This information is in response to requests for updated advice on whether to wear face masks when delivering transport services. Recently NSW Health has strongly recommended that people wear face masks in situations where the ability to maintain physical distancing is difficult or not possible. From Monday 10 August, Service NSW has issued similar advice to its testing officers, including in circumstances when the customer and tester are in a vehicle together, and in other higher risk interactions. Wearing a mask is strongly recommended, not mandatory. Masks are the fourth line of defence in slowing the spread of COVID-19. It is important you continue to stay at home if unwell, practise physical distancing and practise good hand hygiene. Transport for NSW urges all transport-related workers to take precautions, especially when providing such important services for the community. See NSW Health for more information on face masks.
