The tracks are paved and mostly flat. The routes are lined by trees and perfect for running even on slightly warmer days. ... BREWERY TO HENLEY ROUTE Starting from West-End Brewery and heading out to Henley Beach this route is exactly 12km! RIESLING TRAIL ... A beautiful walk or run through one of SA's wine region. While the whole route is 35km you can choose to do the Sevenhill to Clare segment which is just over 6km. If you want to bring your kids on an adventure you may be able to hire a go-cart from ‘Funwheels’ at the Caltex Service station nearby! A perfect location where you can make a whole day trip out of your walk! HINDMARSH RIVER WALK The Hindmarsh River Walk is a beautiful picturesque walk that begins at the beach in Victor Harbor and runs along the Hindmarsh River. You’ll be able to hear birds and frogs along the way. The trail is a 6.3km loop and perfect for your walk or run!

It’s a steep route but perfect if you want a challenge! Bring your favourite fury friend and power through this trail! BIRDWOOD TERRACE This is the perfect family friendly 3km walk! Lined with playgrounds and tennis courts, your whole family will be entertained for the whole day. Park your car up at one end and walk down and back!

As one of our interstate participants, she is planning on running close to home and always eats the same meal for dinner the night before a race and she will even do the same for the Virtual event. Starting from the National Railway Museum it can be your perfect 12km run! View street art, the River Torrens and historic routes all on your way! ... STURT RIVER LINEAR PARK TRAIL Beginning by the Marion Holiday Park and going all the way to Glenelg North, this could be the run for you. This trail is 6km one way but you could easily make it your 12km by running up and back. This trail is mostly flat, wheelchair and pram accessible and dogs are allowed (on leads)! Seven months after being diagnosed with coronavirus and completing the Virtual TCS New York Marathon 2020 around the Adelaide CBD, Anna hosted runners at Angus Neil Reserve last weekend to raise funds for Backpack SA. Anna is still experiencing the debilitating symptoms of COVID19 and if she runs too fast, too far or too often she suffers with chronic... fatigue symptoms. So if Anna can do it, anyone can do it!
