Alice is awesome & we've been so impressed with seeing her transform both her fitness & mindset. Kyra was just as excited (but much louder!) as Alice was when she did her first ever Box Jump. . Occupation: Facility Administration Coordinator .... How long have you been a member at 12RND Ashgrove? Since May 2019 (1.5 years) . Why do you train at 12RND? So many reasons but my top 3 are: 1. Welcoming atmosphere 2. Super supportive & friendly trainers 3. Flexibility/variety of workouts . Have you always been a regular exerciser? Growing up with an older brother I was strongly encouraged to participate in backyard sports. At school I did netball, softball & volleyball. As an adult I tried out different gyms on & off but didn’t have a clue how to create interesting/fun workouts for myself so ultimately lost motivation. Only rekindled the joy of exercise since being at 12RND. . Least favourite exercise at 12RND? Bike/Rower but this better not get used against me! lol . What is your next goal as far as fitness is concerned? Building up my arm strength & being able to do a Pull Up. Even though I try to lift heavier weights, it still feels like my arms are made of paper. . What do you do for fun away from work?
