23.01.2022 Impressive results from Kevin O’Connor. Despite being a dad of 3 (with baby twins) and the increased workload that Covid brought to his work, Kev decided to also focus on his training and nutrition. Kevin has been following the 12RND nutrition plan since the beginning of July which gave him the energy to train 4-5 times per week. ... With his consistant training coupled with great nutrition he managed to lose 9kg in 8 weeks and this is even before the training camp started. He went from 87kg down to 78kg. We love seeing our members achieving amazing things !!! Well done Kev That was a big round awesome work !!!

20.01.2022 COVID-SAFE UPDATE In positive news, thanks to the efforts of everyone across Greater Brisbane, our club will be back open as of tomorrow morning, as of 5am and continuing under normal trading hours. Further to our existing Covid-Safe measures, as of tomorrow both members and coaches are required to wear masks inside the club, and during their workout. This requirement will remain in place until the 22nd of January.... We are currently awaiting further clarification to the Government's statements regarding wearing masks during "strenuous exercise" and whether or not this applies to our training. Until we receive this clarification, to ensure your safety and adherence with our Government mandate, both members and coaches must wear their masks in the club and during the workout throughout this time. Should this change, we will be sure to update you as soon as possible. As always our team will be here to guide you to ensure you have an effective workout. 17.01.2022 COVID SAFE UPDATE: Masks not required to be worn when doing your 12RND workout. We are very happy to share that overnight the Queensland Government has confirmed people of greater Brisbane do not need to wear a mask indoors when doing strenuous exercise such as interval training. This means that from today you will not need to wear your mask during your 12RND workout as our training is strenuous and includes interval training. This detail has been confirmed with the QLD Heal...th Department via the phone with our 12RND Head Office this morning and can be found on the QLD Government link https://www.qld.gov.au//public/restrictions-impacted-areas. We still ask that you wear your mask to the club and inside the club before and after the workout from today until on the 22nd of January, Our team looks forward to continuing to provide you with a safe and effective space to train. Discipline and planning is Kristy‘s secret as she does plan her goals months ahead, she always knows what number session she is doing and it keeps her motivated. Our last Training Camp for 2020 started 1 week BEFORE our Victorian clubs were able to reopen after their prolonged lockdown, but that didn't stop KASH from absolutely smashing the 6 week challenge. We spoke to Kash last week about his Training Camp experience and he said as soon as his club, @12rndhopperscrossing reopened, he was first in line to get back into it!... In less than 6 weeks, Kash dropped over 5kg of Body Fat and gained almost 3kg of Muscle Mass, also beating every single one of his benchmark scores. Tini has used this training camp to reset and to establish healthier habits which has definitely paid off. We are looking forward to continuing this journey with you.
