Always in a friendly competition with Mum Rach @rjq012 , it's been awesome seeing these two push each other to perform better--they even got to a 100 together! ... Hi 12RND'ers, We are very happy to share that overnight the Queensland Government has confirmed people of greater Brisbane do not need to wear a mask indoors when doing strenuousexercise such as interval training. This means that from today youwill notneed to wear your mask during your 12RND workout as our training is strenuous and includes interval training.... This detail has been confirmed with the QLD Health Department via the phone with our 12RND Head Office this morning and can be found on the QLD Government linkhttps://www.qld.gov.au//public/restrictions-impacted-areas. We still ask that you wear your mask to the club and inside the club BEFORE and AFTER the workout from today until 1am on the 22nd of January.
