25.01.2022 Member Shout out! Gaelle and Nat both completed the 28day results pack and are officially part of our 12RND family here at Morningside! Their results pack challenge was to complete a minimum of 12 visits in the 28days which both ladies absolutely smashed! Gaelle did a whopping 19 sessions and Natalie smashed 22 sessions!!... It has been incredible to see the difference in both these ladies since the start of their challenge! They have made training part of their regular routine and are loving it! Well done Ladies! Awesome results can’t wait to see more from you both! #12rnder #membershoutout #28dayresults #12rndfitness #12rndmorningside

11.01.2022 This week's Training Camp nutrition phase is STRONG AND LEAN. Your Meal Plan is designed to provide you with a balanced diet that fulfils all of your macro and micronutrient needs, to support your training and also to support your goals. It's important to establish a recovery nutrition plan post-workout to support the high-energy demands of the strength phase. If your goal is to increase lean muscle mass, make sure you increase your protein intake in line with how many training sessions you’re doing each week! Want to learn more? 02.01.2022 One of the hardest parts of the Training Camp can be to take time out for yourself. It's important to listen to your body and make sure to take the time to RECHARGE. Use this weekend to give yourself an opportunity to recharge and reflect on the past few weeks in your journal on the Training Camp App. #TrainingCamp #TrainLikeAFighter #12RNDFitness #Challenge #6WeekChallenge #FitnessChallenge #BoxingandStrength #Mindset #Focus #Recharge
