As we transition into the next phase of our training, your focus will be to increase the weights used throughout your workout, in order to build lean muscle. Your reps will drop to allow you to focus on form and technique for optimal movement, and enhance your output. NUTRITION // Strong + Lean To promote your development of lean muscle mass and fat loss, ensure you consume sufficient protein each day. This will also provide you with the energy you need to continue training at a higher intensity. MINDSET // Recharge The end of this week marks our halfway point. Take this time to find something that you enjoy and allows you to relax in order to avoid burnout and maintain motivation until the end.

You are an inspiration to so many of us ... The energy that you have fills the whole room every time you arrive The small excuses we sometimes make for being slack disappear when we look over at how hard you are working every single session I have felt safe and confident to workout with 12rnds sippy downs for the duration of my pregnancy. Every step of the way I had coaches at the ready every session, helping to modify or adapt exercises to suit the stages of my pregnancy! The best thing I did was stay active and it has helped my journey significantly. The fact that I was able to keep doing what I love at 12 rounds was the best bonus! I was still able to participate in challenges and feel like part of the team, even beating previous challenge scores! I could see that continuing to stay active was still getting me results, not just maintaining what I had I now feel prepared, fit and healthy for the final stage of my pregnancy.
