16.01.2022 You get what you tolerate in life. Still overweight? Still in that shitty relationship? .... You are still there because you are tolerating it. . Nothing changes if nothing changes. . Ready to change? . 1. Take stock of your standards in the area 2. Create new standards 3. Publicly tell people you are going to change 4. Get someone you respect to check in with once a week to ensure you are on track 5. Measure your progress and change when needed, the goal doesn't change but the process might on the way there 6. If you are still stuck, find someone who's done it and pay them, if you pay them you will respect the information and follow it The choice is yours, you don't have to be where you are today if it's not where you truly want to be.

05.01.2022 When you look in the mirror. What do you see? The body staring back at you is a result of your standards over the last year. Do you want a different body,want more energy? ... Then you need new standards. Do you normally miss 2-3 sessions a week due to other commitments? This is a result of your current standards. Do you over eat 2-3 times a week? Its because these are your standards. Do you ever tell yourself that you deserve the extra drinks or ice cream because you had a shitty week? Then these are you standards. The standards that got you here today WONT get you to where you want to be. If you cant go 7 days without over eating food, then you need to reflect why? Why do you lean on food to make you feel better, when you know most likely it will end up doing the exact opposite. Im not saying you cant eat ice cream or have a few drinks BUT what i am saying is that if you say that you are going to do something, like losing weight for example - but then cant stay focused for 7 days with discipline on the task, you need to reflect whats going on in your life that continues to push you away from focus. Get rid of the noise and reach your potential.
