21.01.2022 COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BALLS! These delicious treats are the perfect alternative with their simple, natural ingredient profile! INGREDIENTS 100g oats 2 scoops True WPI90 French Vanilla... 80g natural peanut butter, melted 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 Tbsp milk of choice 30g chocolate chips Pink sea salt flakes Method 1. Blend the oats into a flour-like consistency. In a large bowl, whisk it together with the protein powder 2. Stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk until a cookie dough consistency is formed (add a dash more milk if too dry) 3. Mix in the choc chips and sea salt flakes 4. Roll the mixture into even-sized balls and place in the fridge to set for at least an hour 5. As we transition into the next phase of our training, your focus will be to increase the weights used throughout your workout, in order to build lean muscle. Your reps with drop to allow you to focus on form and technique for optimal movement, and enhance your output. NUTRITION // Strong + Lean To promote your development of lean muscle mass and fat loss, ensure you consume sufficient protein each day. This will also provide you with the energy you need to continue training at a higher intensity. MINDSET // Recharge The end of this week marks our halfway point. Take this time to find something that you enjoy and allows you to relax in order to avoid burnout and maintain motivation until the end

17.01.2022 In March 2020, 12RND clubs throughout Australia were forced to close due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We kept our members active with the help of our adapted Training Camp At Home, a 4 week challenge where coaches worked with their members via live-streamed workouts, app workouts, Myzone challenges, goal-setting, Q&A’s and ongoing motivation and support. Our female 06 // Training Camp winner, Trish, a member of @12rndcoolum, asked if she could give back her $500 cash prize and d...o something special for her club. Trish felt compelled to give back saying: I’ve lost so much weight that I could go and spend that money on new clothes but I wouldn’t have been able to do this without my coaches and their support throughout isolation. I know what they’ve been through having to close their doors and I just want to be able to support them back. Together with @2xu, we organised to do a videoshoot at 12RND Coolum and gift Trish a $560 collection of 2XU performance wear in her new dress size, after losing 8kg since February. Trish also asked to do the video with her fellow 12RND’er, Naomi (Nomes), who was also the female International winner of the 04 // Training Camp in 2019. This video is dedicated to these two amazing women, Trish and Naomi, their coaches, Conrad, Miranda, Kieren and Meg, and the entire 12RND Coolum community.

06.01.2022 Amy has hit 100 workouts!!! This is a HUGE achievement as she only became a member February this year while also being unable to visit the gym for 3 months during Covid-19! This shows the insane commitment she has to her health and fitness, achieving amazing results in our first 6 Week Training Camp and is on track for more success again in our current challenge! 02.01.2022 In Base Phase, you'll be working your entire body and targeting multiple muscle groups with high reps and longer durations to build your base fitness as we progress through our 6 week Training Camp. Keep the intensity up and aim for that red zone in your Boxing rounds. Keep your hands up, move your feet and don't stop till you see that red light!

Challenge yourself to lift heavier when selecting your weights at each round, whilst emphasising control in tempo, form and technique NUTRITION // Energy Replenish Learn how to implement a post-workout plan with recovery nutrition, using complex carbohydrates to replenish energy stores, and protein to assist muscle recovery. MINDSET // Recharge Aim to get at least 7 hours sleep every night to give your body the opportunity to work on it's composition and repair your muscles overnight.
