21.01.2022 One of our very own amazing 12RND Worongary transformations Christina joined us a couple weeks after reopening after Covid-19 closures but this was the first Training Camp she completed.... Christina did everything that we told her to do, sticking to her training and her nutrition. She entered the camp with a low ego and really soaked in the 12RND environment. Her main goal was to just get moving, she wanted to do something different that would allow her to lose weight, feel good and fall back in love with fitness. "We are so proud of her," her coaches told us, saying,"she’s definitely got a team spirit and always makes an effort to encourage everyone in the club, participating in everything that we do." After our 6 week Training Camp, Christina lost 6.3kg and reduced her body fat by 5.1%! Our members enjoy No Fixed Class Times where you arrive anytime during opening hours and your workout starts as soon as you're ready. Just like a boxing gym, our rounds are based on a traffic light boxing timerand bell with 3 minutes per round and 30 seconds rest in between. A massive thank you to all of who participated in the 08 // Training Camp. We are so honoured to be a part of your health and fitness journey. After reviewing all of our entries across the globe, our panel of judges have decided, AND THE WINNERS ARE...... Amy from @12rndwaggawagga and Troy from @12rndbirkdale! Both Amy and Troy took on the Training Camp like fighters and smashed their benchmarks, displaying tremendous improvements in their overall physical, mental and athletic performance. In just 6 weeks, Amy has lost 9.3kg, with an overall body fat loss of 9.4%, and a muscle gain of 0.4kg. Sara has only been with us a couple of months but feels like she has been here forever. Sara trains constantly and has really changed up the way she eats.
