24.01.2022 One of the greatest athletes and sportsman the world has ever seen admits that he failed almost as much as he succeeded but always gave 100% effort. 23.01.2022 Lynette attempting 30kg (box assisted) back squat for 5 reps for the first time. Definitely still some things to work on but great effort! Lynette is a mother working full time who has lost almost 30kg in her journey. She always finds a way to make it to her PT sessions and makes time to do her own exercise as well sticking to a healthy eating plan. 14.01.2022 One of the best way to keep motivation up and hit short term goals is to book yourself into non-competitive or competitive physical activity events such as a run, ride or swim etc... Today i entered a triathlon to help keep me motivated during the offseason. I did it with my cousin and it was a great morning! Talk to one of our trainers on how they can train you for one of these events!

Boxing is one of the best cardio exercises you can do. Especially when doing it with correct technique like these ladies! If you are able to cook all your meals before you eat them then thats great, keep the food as fresh as possible.
