17.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Time for an update: Regional Victoria is open for bookings, and yes we book many hotels & luxury retreats across our beautiful state, so please email or call and leave a message to make a booking for you... it's been a while since we have been able to book you anywhere! Kristy & Lauren are excited to make some regional bookings for you now! [email protected]... 03 5410 5199 Also, please note, with the restriction easing, we have decided to continue working from home until such time it is safe for our team, their families & our clients, and that the travel ban across Australia is lifted for tourist travel. Refunds: I get about 40 emails a day and many many phone calls, all which take a lot of time, asking on the whereabouts of your refunds.. please be patient, we have no way of speeding up refunds, and as you can understand, there is over 1000 that just our clients are waiting on - no to mention the hundreds of thousands of refunds our suppliers and airlines are processing. So please be patient, refunds are taking upwards of 16 weeks (with some over 20 weeks) and as soon as we have your refund we promise to get it back to you. Save the call or email, that time taken I could be working on getting someones refund back to them! Bill will be back from Long Service leave towards the end of October - he's had enough home schooling for one lifetime! Stay safe, hang in there, this too shall pass. Tabitha xx

03.01.2022 Hi everyone, time for an update: *WE CAN NOW BOOK ALL OF AUSTRALIA (except WA)* Firstly, to everyone who has booked a holiday with us recently, however big or small, THANK YOU from the very bottom of our hearts, thank you. Without your bookings, we have no business, and we understand that we’re moving a little slower these days only being open 3 days a week and trying to decrypt the rules relating to your ‘covid’ credits - so thank you for being patient and hanging in there... with us while we navigate the new ‘covid’ world. Please, if you have any holidays to book, call us first, we’d love to book your trip - we use Australian owned suppliers where possible, who also employ Australian people, so your money works harder to keep jobs in Australia. If you have a ‘covid’ credit from a cancelled holiday, please call us to use it - we’d love to get you somewhere beyond our own State borders. And remember we can book all of Australia, including Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Queensland, NT, Tasmania, SA and more... so get those Christmas & Easter holidays booked now before it’s too late. Second, refunds. We are still waiting on over 1000 refunds to be processed and given back to us, Qantas is taking the longest and we have only just started seeing their refunds drizzle back to us from March & April departures, so hang in there. As soon as we receive your refund, we will be in contact and get it back to you. We cannot pay your refund before we receive it, or we would have to use someone else’s refund to do that, so please be patient, it will come. With regards to international travel, it’s off the table for a long while yet.... we anticipate cruising, NZ & South Pacific to open up later 2021, once a safe vaccine is available to everyone. Cruising within Australia will be much sooner...watch this space. Again, thank you so very much for supporting us, being patient, being kind, and please we ask to help grow our business again by sharing our posts, telling your friends & family to book with us & keep jobs local.
