23.01.2022 Setup and taking donations for Shoe boxes of Love. All proceeds going to cuddlee creek fire victims.

23.01.2022 Since the Cudlee Creek Fires we have donated well over 2,500 eggs to Fire fighters, CFS headquarters, victims, CFS stations, Local affected businesses and via Rebekha Sharkie's office. But we'd like to do more! So this Saturday we will be collecting on behalf of a wonderful not for profit organisation called Shoe Boxes of Love. They still need items like kids 3 in 1 (shampoo/Conditioner/body wash); matching shampoo & conditioners; Men's & women's Razors and shaving creams. C...AN YOU HELP? we will be donating part proceeds from all eggs sold at this Saturdays Adelaide Hills Farmers Market. You can also drop off the above items as donations and we will ensure they go to the victims who need these goods. Or you may just want to make a monetary donation. One AMAZING thing has come out of this disaster and that's community spirit. So come to the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market tomorrow, grab some eggs, bring or make a donation and be apart of the community that has grown together during this difficult time. Please share! The more support we can show those that have been affected the faster our community grows and rebuilds from these fires. Thank you. See more

23.01.2022 Something's never change. Found this beauty at Grass Roots Vintage. Bikini clad girls selling healthy eggs since the 70's. Of course nowadays we expect pasture raised eggs, with leaf analysis of the pastures showing abundant levels of all nutrients thanks to biodiversity and regenerative farming practices...ohh and of course low food miles....from locally produced eggs. Like what's on offer at Adelaide Hills Pastured Eggs.

21.01.2022 An week of HOT weather. So what have we been doing to keep the girls comfortable? Soaker Hoses Galore! And fresh straw mulch and plenty of shade under the trees! Of course when the quad bike is on hand there's always a few girls who "live to ride". This time of year is always difficult for pastured livestock, we are looking to the skies and fingers crossed for a cool change.

19.01.2022 Wishing all of our friends, family and customers a safe and happy new year. May 2020 be an eggcellent one.Wishing all of our friends, family and customers a safe and happy new year. May 2020 be an eggcellent one.

13.01.2022 We had a ball helping Shoe Boxes of Love collecting donations and goodies for families affected by the Cuddlee creek any KI fires. They do an amazing job and a few times that day some water must've got splashed in my eyes just thinking about the generosity of the people in the Adelaide Hills. Thankyou for all your wonderful support and love towards those impacted by these disasters. What a wonderful community we live in. Blessings to all. Xx

06.01.2022 Let's see who has tried this? Over 9 million Google search results on finding the best way to peel hard boiled eggs. This is bigger than the Coronavirus!!!

06.01.2022 Wishing all our Customers and Adelaide Hills Friends a Happy Australia Day. Grab some Lamb (or just take it for a walk), cook up some yummy eggs and enjoy the day

05.01.2022 BIG SHOUT OUT to the volunteers and support workers at BLAZE AID LOBETHAL. We are donating another box of yummy pastured eggs to these wonderful people helping to rebuild fences, rebuild farms, rebuild farmers and rebuild hearts of those affected by the Cudlee Creek fires. Helping to send all those volunteers out on a full stomach of nutrient dense eggs is what community spirit is all about. Thank you for ALL that you do.

03.01.2022 We had to dig a trench right through the paddock our chickens were in. You've never seen happier chooks gobbling up worms as fast as i could dig. Regenerative farming meant there were thousands of worms on offer.

01.01.2022 Tom the Maremma has started up a dating site for chickens.....it's not his normal job, he's just doing it............................................................to make hens meet!!!!!
