The dam is overflowing - full of frogs & ladybugs & there has been great budburst with a healthy crop on our 2-year-old Riesling grafts. We have been steadily working away for the past few years to actively reduce our carbon emissions right across all areas of our business. We engaged one of Australia's most highly regarded carbon consultants, Pangolin Associates to understand our carbon footprint. The final piece was to offset emissions we could not elimintate, by becoming an active investor in renewable energy & carbon mitigation projects This work goes to the heart of a driving force of Gundog's - sustainability.
