14.01.2022 UPDATE 7th Annual Victorian Kookaburras Tour July 2021 The Victorian Kookaburras coaching group met again on Sunday via Zoom and reconfirmed a commitment to continue:... a) to monitor the local and global situation; b) to explore if and how a tour can be undertaken in July 2021; and c) to maintain a core focus of on the health and safety of the touring group while reducing the overall costs of the tour. Based on the current situation it was agreed to meet again in October and reassess and local and global situation at that time. In the meantime, the Victorian Kookaburras continue to scope and cost a number of options should the local and global situation improve to a point where it is possible to tour. If it is possible to tour in July 2021 the Victorian Kookaburras remain committed to continuing to provide players with the opportunity of specialist skills and fitness training prior to the tour and the experience of traveling internationally and playing baseball.
