24.01.2022 A message to all Cadets and families from 143ACU Mount Isa Government and Defence have enacted a series of measures to reduce and slow the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading within the Australian Community. One of these measures is suspending all cadet activities from midnight tonight, 16 March, until 1 May 2020, after which additional constraints may be applied.... The following are suspended: All parade nights undertaken in Community Based Units. All weekend bivouac and overnight activities. All ceremonial support activities undertaken within the community. This includes support to ANZAC Day activities. All cadet courses camps, and All field exercises, including the National Adventure Training Award. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but suspending AAC activities at this time is seen as a positive step in supporting the Nation during a period when we all have a moral responsibility to reduce and slow the risk of COVID-19. If cadets or parents have any questions please direct them to your ACS Unit COMDs. Thank you.

24.01.2022 Calling all 143 ACU cadets, A reminder our AFX 2020 Western Skies is on this weekend 2-5 Oct >it will be conducted at the Mount Isa Rifle Range complex. For those who have not attended our parade nights to receive a joining instruction and consent form, a pre requisite for attending is that you must also return the consent for the Return to Parade during Covid -19restrictions.... All forms have been emailed to cadets through cadetnet, they also can be re copied to a reply through messenger here.
