23.01.2022 The next two rounds of the SEQ Mtb series are heading full speed towards Kooralbyn this weekend. They have been working very hard on their trails and your goin...g like. Saturdays racing starts at 1pm. All grades from U11 up will be using the same loop. There are 5-6 timed stages which you have to ride really fast. The rest of the loop is go slow and get ready for the next stage. If you stuffed a stage up, no going back, complete your lap and then start a new lap. Loop is about 10kms long. On line entry for Saturday will close tonight but you can enter on the day. Bring your your MTBA licence and be friendly. Sundays racing kicks off at 8am with the U11 and U13 boys and girls racing for at least 22mins. As many laps as you can in that time as per usual on a shortened track. Everybody else then races on the same track for the rest of the day. Now laps are based on U17 men having to do 4 laps for 1hr 6mins or there thereabouts. 8.30am U17 men 4 laps, Masters men 5-8 4 laps, U15 men and Sports men 3 laps. 9.20am Masters ladies, Sports/expert ladies, U17 and U15 ladies 3 laps. 10.30am Elite Men and E bikes 6 laps, U19 men and Elite ladies 5 laps and Masters Men 1-4 and Expert Men 4 laps. That may change with updated lap times and temp on Sunday. On line registration for Sunday will be open till Saturday night and yes you can enter on the day. Camping is available, there will be toilets, water and showers available. Cost $20 a site. We will have to close parts of the XCO track while there is racing on Saturday but will do our best to have it open as long as we can. Tip for the weekend, hydrate, ride fast and enjoy.

16.01.2022 Thanks to all those who participated in our 12th annual Ride Like King event, Giant Group was able to donate 100 Buffalo Bicycles to World Bicycle Relief, helpi...ng mobilize people and communities in need. For this year’s celebration of company founder King Liu, we partnered with Zwift and World Bicycle Relief to host virtual rides and donate one Buffalo Bicycle for every 1200km ridden over three days. In the end, more than 2700 riders joined the cause, covering a combined distance of 120,000km! Giant Group builds these bikes, which are designed to handle heavy loads, long distances and rugged terrain. The bikes are used by students, educators, healthcare workers and entrepreneurs to help serve their communities. #RideLikeKing
