16.01.2022 Sale rams...Friday.

14.01.2022 Shearing the ram lambs today that will be our auction team in August. They are 10 to 11 months of age and are showing outstanding growth, many above 100 kgs already. The fleeces are very even, Crimpy, Long, Soft and White, showing good nourishment. Thanks to the shearers, another good job.

13.01.2022 2020 was the first time MH rams visited the Stud Merino Field Days in Burra. Not an ideal year to go but the 1400 kms, the threat of corona and three days away didn't stop us from going. Our 14 ram lambs stood up well amongst other rams. The heaviest ram we had was 118 kgs at 11 months, 18 to 21 micron. 130 rams will be available for auction and private selection in August.

09.01.2022 Mallee Hill (and western EP) inspection day on Monday the 13th of July. 10 till 4pm. See progeny for sale from Mulloorie Elliot, Collinsville Imperial 20, Old Ashrose as well as Mallee Hill and Glenville sires.

09.01.2022 Top priced ram sold to LA &VA Hull for $3200. They also purchased equal second top ram for $3,000 along with MA & HE NICHOLLS who also paid $3,000. 96 from 99 rams sold but were all cleared by the end of the day. Was good to clear all rams and represents great valve for all long term clients and the four new clients. Volume buyer was Koonawarra Station, Broken Hill, taking 19 rams.
