09.01.2022 WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT 154 ORCHID ROAD CANNONVALE we suffered approx $80,000 damage to our belongings renting this property from 16 Dec 2011 to 30 Dec 2012, check out these pics, there was already 2 inches of water in the cellar on 30 Dec 2012 the day we vacated after 5 months in court and magistrates rulings the owners still refuse to acknowledge that there is any problem and inferred on a number of occassions that we were lying, well here's the proof people, all our belongs are contaminated with mould, we have lost almost EVERYTHING, meanwhile the owners who are travelling the world in their yacht, have already got new tenants waiting to move in, please SHARE this as much as you can, thank you.
