25.01.2022 16th floor, facing ocean. N/E aspect from balcony and bedrooms. Beautiful sunny mornings ...easy 30 second walk and you’re on the sand, basically just cross the quiet street, so easy if you are taking the kids to the beach. Unit comes with buckets and spades ( hall cupboard) and kids boogie boards and kids tennis racquets. There’s a full size tennis court and a child size court.

15.01.2022 Two weeks ago I announced I'd be giving away a beautiful pamper hamper to one of my '16b likers'.....thank you to the new dozen or so that have 'liked' our business page of our beach unit in the last couple of weeks as a result of that. Due to implementing a bunch of different marketing strategies, the unit is pretty much fully booked every month now...thank you everyone! .....happy days....people are even starting to rebook a second time. So Im making up the gift hampe...r on the weekend. I was going to do the draw on sat morning, 16 Feb, but I've got an important appointment then, so I will do it on sunday afternoon instead. The video will be a 'live' drawing, and my first 'live video' ever done .....so hopefully no technical difficulties and also you have a 1 in 60 chance to win....good odds! 06.01.2022 What’s new at 16 b.....Painting the brown furniture (coffee table, side table , dining table) ....now it’s white . A few more styling things to do next time we visit. Queen wallbed installed. Pic shows the down position. When it’s up, just looks like a book shelf. Very clever invention. ... Now unit sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 - new king bed. Bedroom 2 - two singles. Lounge room - new queen wallbed Also the black sofas are sofa beds ( but unlikely they’ll get used as it would be a bit squashy having them folded out as beds when the wallbed is in position) New 58 smart tv in lounge and two smaller wall mounted tvs in both bedrooms New cooking items in kitchen Looking forward to next visit....
