25.01.2022 A much awaited upgrade to this beautiful old building - a reverse cycle aircon unit. So glad my wonderful local plumber could install it before Christmas

22.01.2022 So far we have had 60ml of lovely rain from this event. I hope that this helps to slow if not put those fires near us outSo far we have had 60ml of lovely rain from this event. I hope that this helps to slow if not put those fires near us out

15.01.2022 Absolutely stunning weather this weekend even though the BOM had predicted an east coast low. Finishing off with a rainbow admittedly not strong at the top but brilliant at the base. Plus good news that the B&B is reopening for business from 1st June 2020.

13.01.2022 Well we have had weeks of smoke - fires - had to evacuate and now glorious rain. House tank full and overflowing. Mother nature at her worst and best. Just want the lightening to go away

11.01.2022 Have a look at this fabulous sunset tonight - just amazing

10.01.2022 Know I know what a storm micro burst is. Luckily no building damage or humans hurt but lots of tree damage and major limbs down. All cleared up today with help of friends Malcolm & Rodney.

07.01.2022 Look at this - 104ml since Sunday

05.01.2022 Fabulous sunset tonight here. So sad that due to to COVID19 we are temporarily closed. So looking forward to when we can have guests stay again.

05.01.2022 This has not been the best start to any year. Firstly in January and February we had the major bushfires here in East Gippsland for the 2nd year running. Now it is this COVID19. Given that our Premier Dan Andrews has now extended the State of Emergency to mid May, I have decided to close the B&B to the end of May and review the situation dependant on whether the Government decides to continue with the lockdown. Please keep safe and when travel restrictions are lifted I hope you will find time to come and stay.

04.01.2022 Been meaning to post these photos of the B&B. The outside has all been repainted and the roof has had specialised treatment then silicone paint - so the old girl is looking pretty good now. Plus I thought I would throw in some better pics of the inside. Also replaced the old broken tarmac with coloured concrete. Not bad for a building built in 1908
