21.01.2022 And that’s a wrap for Showcase 2020! How wonderful it was to be back in the theatre watching our super talented students perform this weekend! Huge THANK YOU to our amazing teachers for sharing your expertise with all our dancers - and also to the many, fabulous backstage volunteers who made this show possible. We really could not have done it without you! Now onto the QCD full-time showcase!

19.01.2022 A big congratulations to Evangeline and Talia who performed at ‘Time to shine’ eisteddfod today and received the following wonderful results: Evangeline - 1st Place Classical solo (first solo performance!!) Talia - 1st Place Jazz solo 3rd Place - Contemporary solo... Well done girls!!

17.01.2022 Wow! What a wonderful weekend we have been fortunate enough to enjoy at the Sunshine Coast Dance eisteddfod after what has been a crazy year of ups and downs! 15.01.2022 As we prepare for our second session of RAD Ballet Exams, we reflect back on our Graded Exams last term. We are so proud of how hard our students have worked since getting back into the studios after weeks of online classes in Term 2. Amazing effort from all our students and our teachers too! Exam group photos will be posted soon but we just wanted to share some beautiful moments captured by Aimee who was part of the 'Promenade Hairstyling Team!' Thank you Aimee for your freely given time and for these gorgeous images!

15.01.2022 Day 1 of shows complete! What a great day and an amazing feeling for our students to be back doing what they love and performing on stage again - And we get to do it all again tomorrow! Bring on day 2 of shows!!

14.01.2022 And we finish the 2020 eisteddfod season with a bang! So wonderful to be able to give our dancers the opportunity to perform live this year! Despite many reblocks, disruptions and a crazy year, we were so pleased to see the professionalism of our dancers both on and off stage! Thank you to Sunshine Coast Dance eisteddfod for making this eisteddfod happen. We are so proud of our dancers! Results are as follows: Senior Ballet - 1st Place Senior Contemporary- 3rd Place 15s Conte...mporary- 1st & 2nd (same section) 15s Ballet - 2nd Place 15s Tap - 4th Place 15s Jazz - 5th Place Looking forward to our 2021 eisteddfod season!!!

12.01.2022 Chookas to all of our Ballet students today as we commence our Ballet Exams!! What a busy week we have had already with Tap exams yesterday!! We’re so fortunate to be able to put students through exams this year!

12.01.2022 So grateful we were able to complete all our ballet and tap exams in such uncertain times. Our last exam session for the year was completed last week. Well done to all our Vocational Graded ballet students on your commitment, focus and effort. Now for some fun! Bring on our end-of-year showcase!!!
