25.01.2022 Another stellar review for a job where we helped this customer on our day off REVIEW Best ever! we got no show from My Moovers on Saturday and called Christian and Renee for urgent help and they went above and beyond calling guys to help save us on Sunday while they normally dont even work. The job was done efficiently on time and great attention to details! Soooo grateful for what you have done for us. Cant say thank you enough for your professionalism and urgent help!

25.01.2022 Its been a really hot week weather-wise and we are in the middle of our busiest period. We are really proud of all our staff... including our Perth South franchisee and his staff... its a physical job for our removalists and in this heat you can imagine how tiring the work would be. But again, our whole group shines and cheer each other on, and the clients, until the job is done. #proud REVIEW Thank you for all your help today. It was a long day but both you and all the guys did a wonderful job. We especially appreciated you dealing so efficiently with all the art work and fragile stuff. Your staff are a delight and helped keep our flagging spirits up throughout the day. WELL DONE!!

We had settlement issues which changed moving date several times and even on the day of the move, we were delayed a few hours. Christian gave an outstanding service and the two guys worked late to finish our move. Outstanding service.

13.01.2022 We have used 1800 Move It 3 times for full moves. Most recently we simply wanted a huge, heavy sofa moved upstairs that others told us was not possible. These guys did it brilliantly in a swift 20 minute job. So polite, careful and great value across big moves and the smallest job as well. Fabulous! Highly recommended Peter & Kate

This particular customer was all loaded into our trucks and then the agent couldn’t hand over the keys because the exit inspection of the last tenants hadn’t been completed due to covid lockdown last week. Very stressful for our client understandably. A couple of calls to the owner of the estate agency later and the keys were handed over and the exit inspection performed while we unloaded the truck. ... Love to help our customers in a bind Good evening Christian. Id like to thank you immensely for your patience with me today. And also your help & understanding with the situation I found myself in. I was totally overwhelmed I apologise for that. I’d also like to let you know the four guys that moved me in were awesome - especially with the stairs they had to tackle in the rain. At 1800 Move It we have been incredibly busy during this time assisting our customers and have hardly had time to come up for air. We have had many happy customers in recent months, but here is a recent review wed like to share with you and your friends. The 1800 Move It teams are on A dedicated team worked tirelessly throughout a very hot day to transport our home contents safely to our new house. Their willingness to help and take instructions about putting everything in the right place helped make moving day less stressful. Their friendly, cheerful attitude kept out spirits up throughout the day. The owner, Christian, removed all our artwork from the walls and transported it in a separate vehicle to ensure it was unharmed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Christian and the team at 1800 Move It and would certainly use their services again in the future.
