13.01.2022 From this Saturday 5 December, in line with State Government direction, the Pinjarra Cricket Clubroom Building - George Beacham/Jack McKay Clubroom will be required to maintain mandatory contact registers to support contact tracing for COVID-19. Any person aged 16 years and over (including patrons, staff, volunteers and contractors) who attends the building premises will be required to register their details including name, phone number, date and arrival time. There are two... ways this can be done via the SafeWA app by scanning the QR code or logging your details manually via paper based register. We will have multiple QR codes displayed at the entry. Please allow enough time to scan before entry or add your details to the paper register at the door. While our staff will make every effort to ensure contact registration is as easy as possible, there may be some congestion at peak periods. We recommend that people download the SafeWA app in advance of their visit to make the process as smooth as possible. You can get the app now on Android or iPhone at https://safewa.health.wa.gov.au More information on contact registers and the SafeWA app can be found at www.wa.gov.au/safewa

05.01.2022 The Pinjarra Cricket Club are proud to announce that Josh Smith has been appointed the 20/21 A Grade Captaincy. Josh has had a highly decorated cricket career with Rockingham Mandurah and we are excited that he will be bringing his wealth of knowledge and skills back into the PCC in the Captaincy role after joining us last year for a very successful season in the A Grade team in a player capacity. After an interesting end to last season which saw our very successful finals ...campaign interrupted we are excited to move forward this season with a focus on team work, a commitment to training, and club involvement from both Seniors and our Juniors. Pre-season training and Captains for our other grades are TBC in the coming weeks. Season starts dates and fixtures are yet to be confirmed with the PCA, due to COVID there will be a later start to the season and a crossover with the Winter sporting codes which means the finer details are still being finalised. Let’s give Josh a warm welcome back to the club this season in his new role.
