23.01.2022 Van Gogh Alive at the Royal Hall of Industries . A must do and just started so they may extend . Book a timed slot so very safe and not too many people. So you can immerse your self in this multi sensory experience. Loved every minute of it.

22.01.2022 Evening Residents. Today the TV antenna was replaced and redirected due to construction work in the area interring with reception. The technician advised that you may need to re-scan your television to continue to view FTA TV.

22.01.2022 David Jones annual spring flower show finishes on the 20th . City store .

20.01.2022 There was some work done in the building today that has affected the TV reception. Plans have been made to have it fixed tomorrow.

18.01.2022 We have some wonderful parks close by and none better than Sydney Park. Also happens to be dog friendly and there are always a few furry friends running around. At present the Swans have 3 baby cygnets on display. Well worth the walk or you can drive and park and then walk around the park.

15.01.2022 We now have a small community library which is in the Games room. So why throw your unwanted books and magazines away. Put them in the library for others to read and you never know you might find something there for yourself. Please keep it tidy . Exciting to see this community amenity up and running and hope it is enjoyed and used often. We have a lot of plans for the games room so watch this space.

10.01.2022 ATOMIC BEER PROJECT- across the road in Regent Street ABP is planning to open this month ( September ) so keep an eye out for the new kid on the block. We have been watching with patience and some a little excitement, so look forward to supporting this new local business. 07.01.2022 Another exciting games room addition. We have a pool table for community use. It is not quite set up yet but will soon be for everyone to enjoy. Watch this space for when everything is up and running.

01.01.2022 We have some wonderful eateries within walking distance of 199 Regent and one of these is Kepos Street Kitchen ( and my fav ) , which is on the corner of Kepos and Philip. An easy 12 - 15 min walk and space to sit outside with our furry friends. Israeli based food and deliciousness. During these challenging times they have also set up a little deli so you can take away dishes to finish at home. Try the Chemoula chicken. Also lots of options for those that do not want to do anything. Give it a try but get there early if you want to have one of their yummy breakfasts because there can be long queues on the weekends.
