Do you bounce out of bed in the morning? 7. Are you eating healthy regularly? 8. Are you getting exercise regularly? 9. Are you getting enough sleep? Remember looking after yourself isn’t selfish it is necessary. You can’t help others if you are running on an empty tank. See more

23.01.2022 Resentment or grudges are commonly caused by misunderstandings or things said in the heat of the moment that most times, people don’t even mean. They are usually coming from a place of an injured child that has not been healed and may not have anything to do with you. You may have merely been a trigger that subconsciously reminds them of their hurt. Holding onto resentment or a grudge really does more harm to you energetically, emotionally and physically than it does the other person. Who most times aren’t even aware that you’re holding a grudge or has moved on. Holding a grudge is like letting someone live rent free in your head. -unknown.

20.01.2022 Goals Making goals are a good strategy but we are really limited to what we can imagine for ourselves based on our reality of the present moment and our experiences in the past. Try allowing your subconscious mind to help you create your new reality and future.

13.01.2022 When we experience a problem or behaviour that we are finding difficult to change, we are usually working with an outdated or rogue program, that somewhere, at some point, would have been a helpful one that has continued even though it is no longer useful. An example of this might be someone finding it difficult to lose weight. The weight may have been put on originally to provide protection.

10.01.2022 This pandemic has exposed many fears and apprehension children maybe experiencing and fear of wearing a mask or seeing someone else in a mask might be one of them. Even though they may not show signs of fear presently, it is still important to manage any concerns around wearing masks sensitively so that phobias don't present later. This video offers some helpful suggestions on how to help children cope. Some of the modalities I do online such as Hypnotherapy and Sleep Talk can also help.
