24.01.2022 Last week, while visiting Ngukurr, two of our team members Gen and Hannah, attended the Ngukurr Colour Run. We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we do.

22.01.2022 Last week, we held a workshop in Miyarr country, initiated by one of our Community Based Workers, bringing together an amazing group of community workers. We discussed Scabies Free Zones, our resources, and planning our Healthy Skin Days. Michelle Dowden, our CEO commented, "I can honestly say it felt like a real connection. I have never seen a more relaxed, happy and confident mixed group of workers."... Michelle has worked for over 25 years in remote communities. Here are a couple of photos post-workshop on the Yellow Water Cruise.

19.01.2022 One Disease has been busy in Maningrida! Our new local One Disease community workers Wesley Roy (third from right) and Nikki Stewart (far left) are now working alongside the Malala RHD Team. They have been busy working with households and families to create Scabies Free Zones. Their work includes education and understanding with families about treating scabies, links between skin health and Rheumatic Heart Disease, and support for healthy homes. One Disease work closely in partnership with the Malala RHD Team and Orange Sky.

Our Annual Report for 2019-2020 is now available to read at our website here: https://www.onedisease.org/resources-1#reports As our CEO, Michelle Dowden says in the report, "We are committed to continue working with communities and stakeholders on the elimination of Crusted Scabies. Our recent engagement with some services and community workers on Scabies Free Zones will continue to be supported remotely.... "We are enormously grateful to all of our supporters and are thrilled that many of you have been with us from the beginning and plan to stay with us until the end of our work."
