11.01.2022 Mould in the bathroom which has been painted over time & time again causing mould to continually appear. No amount of cleaning would rectify mould. Scraped back paint revealing mould/paint layers, treated & killed mould spours. Repainted, cause of mould in the first instance was that the ventilation was blocked & extraction fan not creating air flow as fan was full of dust etc. cleared blockages, now the bathroom no longer steams up when having showers, air flow is good, no more mould

09.01.2022 Client was worried about weather boards rotting. Due to soil above bottom plate wet rot had set in which has softened the hardwood. Soon after termites arrived. Works still in progress, though new pier and hip brace installed. More photos when job progresses. It's not always what you see that needs to be repaired, I always ask why the problem has occurred. Once the thorough investigation has been conducted a little extra effort will prevent the problem reoccurring
