25.01.2022 Over the past week or so, we have been very fortunate to not only travel a fair distance within our own state here in WA for a great holiday (thanks covid) but for the past 7 years almost, have been running a successful online business. We came to realise after seeing a post from one of our valued friends and business colleagues, that we may have neglected to properly introduce ourselves to you, our valued followers, so allow us to share some things about ourselves that you may not know already. 1. We love the great outdoors, from camping, snorkelling, scuba diving & road trips - (some of our posts might have already given that one away)... 2. We are a blended family with 4 kids, our youngest son is 14yrs old soon and he still loves to spend time with us oldies...lol We also have 2 dogs (a naughty little 2yr old pug we adopted and our 9yr old beautiful lab/staffy) 3. We are passionate about self improvement in ourselves and being able to assist others in being the best version of themselves. 4. Greg was born & raised in NZ. We met in NSW then made the move to WA to start a brand new life together 5. I grew up with an amazing family, spending holidays water skiing & snow skiing & learned valuable lessons from my parents. 6. I cheated death twice when I was little, with 2 near drowning incidents but learned to trust and love the ocean / water once again. 7. Greg has never felt comfortable working a regular 9 to 5 job, which is why he was determined to find an alternative way of earning an income and being in full control of his future. . 8. We mentor men & women globally to build & sustain a successful business that's fully portable for travel (it suits us to a tea as we are always travelling) . 18.01.2022 Out and about with William, Holley & Kev . Our after dinner walks yesterday were full of laughs, especially when we are in the company of William & these 2 pooches. . While Holley, our Staffy x Lab who's 9yrs old now just loves the water, will fetch sticks all day long if she had the choice, Kev, our adopted Pug will only venture as far as his belly....(And that's not very far) He would rather spend his time sniffing around in the long grass and have us guess where the he...ck he's gone . It's a Pugs Life . He loves to follow Holley around like a little shadow and his little legs do well to keep up with her. She's not exactly slow for her age and any time we go for our walks, she's actually taking us for a walk. It's not until she is off the lead that I feel like I'm getting proper exercise . This is a great time for meaningful conversations, and William had some pretty in-depth questions yesterday which I just loved. He remembered something he watched on Youtube - Yes he is a teenager and would watch youtube all day long if he had a choice . He asked 3 questions initially.... . What's your favourite sport? What's your favourite animal? What's your favourite body of water? . Now describe each of these answers using 3 single, descriptive words for each. . Our answers summed up the following.. . How we see ourselves How we think others see us How we actually are . What really impressed us was he knew exactly what date he watched this and went on to describe much more from the video....As they say.... . INTEREST CREATES APTITUDE . We are so grateful he shares his thoughts, imagination & ideas with us, even when sometimes we don't get it...But remember...He is a teenager... . 04.01.2022 WOW WOW WOW - Have you ever attended an event that blows your mind & just keeps on giving? . We are on day 3 of our Sovereignty Virtual Event, which will run for a total of 8 days and this is the very first VIRTUAL SOVEREIGNTY event to have ever taken place, and we couldn't be more grateful to be a part of it. . A tradition that always takes place the day before day 1 is a theme party . Typically we are all enjoying a great catch up in person at a beautiful setting ...somewhere around the world , donning our fancy dress outfits. . This event proved to be no different, except we all met on Zoom, so fancy hats it was and it was a BLAST . DAY 1 kicked off at 4am sharp here in WA so was up bright (actually it was pretty dark still ) an early with so much great content to absorb. . RULES OF INVESTING . RULE 1 - NEVER LOSE MONEY!!!! RULE 2 - REFER TO RULE ONE !!! INVEST IN YOURSELF & develop Will, Discipline & knowledge. . As we are all well aware, times are changing, and they're changing FAST, so it goes without saying, strategies need to change also. The #future is NOW, and I'm so excited to learn about some of the new investment vehicles available in todays modern world. . DAY 2 we were back up at 3am and to ensure we were alert and invigorated we took a plunge into our pool . YES it was FREAKIN COLD , and pouring down with rain , but it was the perfect way to kick start and give it our full attention it deserves. . It was a great mix of #Personaldevelopment to ensure the mindset is in the right place when starting to invest along with some key concepts that opened our eyes to some very interesting investment ideas for now and the future . This content is being delivered in a way that the everyday people like us can really understand and wrap our head around. . DAY 3 we are really getting into the specifics of mapping out the how, what, where, why & when. It's all making perfect sense and we are already in action, setting things up that we have postponed for too long, why....because it was like trying to read a different language. . We are hearing so much great feedback from all other attendees as well and can't wait to see what tomorrows content will cover. . This was one of our first BIG trips as a family (almost, just missing Adam) .... We travelled to the UK, Spain, Portugal & Canary Islands, and this pic was taken at the Canary Islands just before we all went for a camel ride. . What an amazing time we had, we met so many great people who have become great friends and learned some incredible concepts through an 8 day advanced Personal Development course, all while enjoying the luxuries of the Cruise ship we were passengers on. .
