25.01.2022 Our Joey Scouts had a fabulous bush walk through Pine Gully in the Warby's. They were quiet enough to see a couple of kangaroos!

24.01.2022 Day 1 of Adventure weekend and Virtual camping. Two Patrols of 1st Yarrunga Youth members and an opportunity for youth to show leadership. Youth lead, Adult supported at work. It was tough work for some but everyone proved to themselves that they have resilience.

20.01.2022 Bush walking and a Dinosaur Hunt at Pine Gully walking track in the Warbies on Monday afternoon. Trust us, there are dinosaurs to be found ........ Thanks to Venturers Rose and Archie who helped guide the Joeys with hiking practices and to our team of parent supporters.

18.01.2022 Joey Scouts have been pretty busy this term. We have explored LizEd, been bike riding and learnt about fire safety and how to build a campfire. Our Joey Scout Section is on the #newyouthprogram journey and are clocking up activities to earn their 1st Milestone badge.

16.01.2022 The scouts enjoyed playing Pickle ball tonight at the Wangaratta Club. Thank you to Brian and his team for showing us how the game is played. For those who are interested, kids can play for free on Saturday and Sunday from 1-3pm.

12.01.2022 Congratulations to our very own Phoenix, for graduating from the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program. A fantastic reward for months of extra work and study. With your family’s support, You have done well.

Well done to the 3 scouts who stayed the and camped the night at Wenhams Camp. Thank you to Michael, Ros, Kathryn and our 2 Venturers James and Caitlin for helping out this weekend.
