24.01.2022 2021- Adventure is Calling! And Cubs are kicking off, getting outside and exploring the outdoors. This afternoon we went out for a relaxed 3km walk from Westerfolds Park to Wombat Bend. We saw nesting cockatoos and shy lizards. Discussed erosion and landcare, and just had fun catching up with friends.

21.01.2022 Adventure is Calling (and we are listening). We had an awesome time at the 1st Eltham Family Group Camp; where we camped in tents, did challenge valley, abseiled on the tower, loosed some arrows at archery, had an outdoor cinema, and finished off with a bushwalk.

19.01.2022 We swung James out of Joeys and into the Cub section at Camp, down the Abseiling tower. Way to go James, and welcome to Cubs :)

16.01.2022 1st Eltham Venturers participated in the Camel Cup as a part of this weekend's Virtual Vic Gathering, while camping at Cresco Park.

16.01.2022 This Festive Season YPRL is collecting new toys and non-perishable foods to distribute to community organisations for local people in need. This year has been l...ike no-other, and many individuals and families are struggling to make ends meet. We are collecting non-perishable foods, well within their use-by date, and new toys. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we cannot accept fluffy or soft toys. Please do not wrap your donations. There are drop off points for toys and food at each branch. We ask that you do so in a COVID safe way. https://www.yprl.vic.gov.au/blogs/post/food-and-toy-appeal/ See more

08.01.2022 Are you going to the OAS Showcase at Pax Hill this weekend? Archery, abseiling and pioneering, what fun!

06.01.2022 We kick started the New Year with a short hike around Pound Bend in Warrandyte. Joeys, Cubs and families had a beautiful morning out walking!

05.01.2022 As long as we live, they too will live; for they are now a part of us, as we remember them. Lest we Forget.

04.01.2022 We are loving being back in the hall! Tonight the Cubs learnt how to do square lashings and then put them into practice making ladders. The ladders didn't actually go anywhere, but it was a great test of their skills and also teamwork as they supported each other to climb it. Well done Cubs!

02.01.2022 Look up in the sky tomorrow night for a once in a lifetime event
