22.01.2022 Recognition of all their hard work - well done Scouts!

20.01.2022 Join Scouts for FREE! Scouting actively engages and supports young people aged 5 to 25 in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. Scouts are resilient! During this challenging time our Joey Scouts (5 - 7 years), Cub Scouts (8 - 10 years), Scouts (11 - 14 years), Venturers (14 - 18 years) and the Bill Waters Rover Crew (18 - 25 years) have continued to meet online.... New members are welcome in every section - there are no membership fees until March 2021.

20.01.2022 We are selling freshly cut Christmas Trees as a fundraiser starting from this week all the way up until Christmas! Standard trees will be sold for $60 and we deliver around the local area with a flat rate of $15. We are located at 43a Springvale Road, Nunawading. See you there!

19.01.2022 Celebrating all the volunteers who make Scouting possible. Thank you to you all We are so grateful for our awesome Leaders, Adult Helpers, Group Committee and parent volunteers!

18.01.2022 We're back for 2020! Our group is starting the term off this week with our annual ice-blocking night. This is a favourite Scout activity .... tobogganing downhill on a big block of ice. So much FUN! Get in touch if you'd like to know more about this (and any of our other activities) this term

17.01.2022 Ask the question; yeah don’t delay Hey there friend, are you OK?

16.01.2022 Happy Father's Day! Thank you to all the dads (and grandads and other special men in our lives) for all you do.

16.01.2022 Even in lock-down, we can celebrate being Scouts. Scouting continues in the good times ... and the not so good times. Scouting is about fun, adventure, challenge, resilience and inclusion. Scouting is for everyone .... be a Scout!

15.01.2022 Join us this Sunday at 3pm and cook dinner for your family. Scouts Victoria will be live on Facebook for a state-wide cook-a-long! Not a Scout? That's ok .... we'd still love you to join in. ... #beascout #scoutsvictoria

15.01.2022 This promises to be magical!

13.01.2022 Love this stop-motion commercial for a Childline (UK) campaign for teenagers who are feeling different. Nobody is normal ... everyone is different. Scouting values diversity. (And gosh ... wouldn't the world be boring if we were all the same?)

11.01.2022 Head to Bunnings Nunawading today ... say 'hi' to our awesome Rover crew and grab yourself the best snag in the east!

11.01.2022 We're staying apart because we care. We're staying connected so all our youth members continue to have lots of fun, friendship and support.

10.01.2022 At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them

08.01.2022 So many things in our everyday lives have stopped, but our scout group is still enjoying catching up for all our regular meetings online. This week our Joey Scouts made fabulous poppy bookmarks to help mark ANZAC Day. Here are some of their lovely creations. #stayhome

07.01.2022 Ariel, who is one of our Scouts, has written a terrific article for the current issue of Australian Scout Magazine

06.01.2022 Sending good wishes to all our family, friends and community upon this brand new year. Our thoughts are with all our scouting brothers and sisters - and their communities - so deeply affected by bushfires. Please consider donating: https://www.redcross.org.au//disaster-relief-and-recovery-

05.01.2022 Remembering all who have served our country so bravely in all theatres of war and in peacekeeping operations. Lest we forget.

05.01.2022 We agree this is a must-see - it's a terrific piece on the values we hold dear in Scouting.

03.01.2022 Our Rover crew are selling beautiful fresh-cut trees again this weekend. Find them today and tomorrow at the corner of Springvale Road and Beryl Street in Nunawading.

03.01.2022 Happy Wattle Day! As well as being our National floral emblem wattle is a symbol of unity and resilience - things that are reflected in our scouting. Throughout the pandemic, we've continued having fun "together, apart" and found ways to meet the challenges the health restrictions have brought. Our youth members have shown positivity, resourcefulness and an ability to cope with difficult situations.... Scouting helps build resilience for life. #beascout

02.01.2022 What would YOU look like in a scarf? Have some fun with AR. Visit us on Instagram and check out the scarf filter that one of our youth members has created (see a direct link in the comments). Don't forget that you can join Scouts for FREE! There are no membership fees until March 2021.

02.01.2022 Happy birthday, B-P .... and thank you for founding the movement which has inspired generations of young people to care for the environment, contribute to their communities and do good in the world.
