07.01.2022 Harbord Diggers : Members Services - we recently completed the conversion of a bare and open base building space into 7x ‘cold shell’ tenancy spaces and integrated corridor for Residence lift access. This project was quit detailed and involved to ensure 100% compliance with Fire Engineering and access requirements with-in the existing Club structure. The challenge was also set to ensure all services ( Hydraulic / Fire / Mechanical / Electrical ) where all separately supplied to each individual tenancy, as required. Great work by the 1st Place team as usual !

06.01.2022 To setup a site for extensive works on the 1st floor can be quite a challenge ... if you are not permitted to use the front entry ... or 'any' entry ! so we created our own entry - problem solved. The work zone is now fully segregated from the working Club.
