25.01.2022 Over the weekend cubilee was held! Our job? Maintaining this bad boy! The best part of this job was following covid regulations to sanitise the whole thing inbetween cubs (which means we got to have a quick play too )

18.01.2022 We’re throwing it back to 2016 in this weeks #throwbackthursday The most memorable moment from this year (and apparently the only one we took photos for) was the Disney themed ball! 15.01.2022 Over the weekend, the crew got together with the rest of 1st Warwick for our groups bush camp! As Rovers, we love this camp and for most of us, is the highlight of our year! Supplying the goods (of water and of course lollies) to the walkers, picking up the stragglers (and then waving like royalty on the way past) and getting together for a magical campfire is all part the fun, not to mention giving back to our group that has helped us out so much.... See more

15.01.2022 Proud of our cubs and scouts for getting out & giving back to our community!

15.01.2022 This week has been an incredible week learning more about the traditional owners of our land. NAIDOC week is an incredible time to start to learn about the true culture, heritage and history of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders. We have learnt so much this week and plan to keep on celebrating and learning our native culture out of NAIDOC week too, as it has always been their land #AlwaysWasAlwaysWillBe

15.01.2022 R U OK? Today is R U OK day and its always important to check in on your friends, family, work colleagues and even fellow scouts! Mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety (and many more) are hard to manage and its important to check in and make sure we are asking more then just are you ok? And if someone isn't ok, make sure you follow up and make time to listen to them or even encourage them, you could be helping in more ways then one.

08.01.2022 Last week we had a Zaven appreciation night! Zaven has been a long term amazing member of our crew who is getting booted soon, so we thought we should show our appreciation and thanks to an incredible member of our crew. We wrote down anonymous compliments to our beloved member, we also did some arts and crafts of making tining people with swords and shields to honour our valued member. We wish you luck on your endeavours outside of the crew Zaven!

07.01.2022 Today’s #throwbackthursday comes from 2015! Here’s a throwback from our favourite ever crew cover photo in all its holy glory, crew camps, our beloved car ‘friendship’, because it’s friendship; not fanging. 07.01.2022 Last night, Morgan taught us the four main aspects of Kanyini (connectedness) in Aboriginal culture, namely the Dreaming, Country, Soul and Spirit, and finally Kinship. We learned about the integral makeup of Aboriginal culture and that they have survived 3 ice ages! We then played a game where we guessed what some of the Aboriginal symbols meant, heard a Dreamtime story and were healed by Didgeridoo vibration healing. Here is the link for anyone who wants to try healing at home: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfbUPVjGNLs

04.01.2022 This weeks #throwbackthursday comes from 2014! From Mission Impossible and pasta construction to the WA Rovers ‘Rags or Ritches’ ball! What’s been your favourite year of photos so far??

04.01.2022 Tuesday night, we attempted to de-stress by following along with some Yoga. We learnt about the positives of yoga, the correct stance and breathing, and most importantly, making the movements slow and steady. The positives? Elodie learnt some new yoga poses for her insta game which are sure to be hilarious to watch being done.... The not so positives? There was more giggling going on then deep breathing and we’re not very flexible..... Maybe yoga isn’t for us.

03.01.2022 #ThrowbackThursday As we draw near to the end of our #throwbackthursday, we take a look back at 2017! The 7 deadly sins ball, gravelmoot, Sandmoot, the infamous North VS South game and mission impossible!

02.01.2022 After our appreciation night for Zaven, it was time to say farewell! With some great memories and good times we had to say goodbye and wished him all the best for the future. We will miss you Zaven!
