18.01.2022 Last Sunday, 1st Woy Woy Sea Scouts participated in Clean Up Australia 2019. This year our clean up was organised completely by one of our scouts. 30 of our scouts, leaders and parents volunteered their time and collected a total of 14 bags of rubbish, 7 of which were recycled, as well as 8 milk crates, 2 bread trays, a plastic chair and a reclining arm chair.

06.01.2022 G'day Members and Parents, Chill here. I just found out the hard way that our waterway contains an electric stingray called a Numb ray, or Numbfish. My son caught it on Ettalong beach. I recommend using insulated pliers to remove your lures, or cut the line if baitfishing. I've been zapped by 240volts before and this was similar. 10/10 would not touch again. No stars.... (Not my pic, but this is what they look like)
