10.01.2022 Hey Everyone ! Thanks for the support so far ! We have about 12 months now until the Marathon and the culmination of this project. It’s been an incredible journey so far and doesn’t look like slowing down. Let’s get those running, jogging, walking shoes on and try and work up to 5km and take part in the big event with me, get yourself a shirt, wouldn’t it be great to see 100 or so shirts cross the line together.... 03.01.2022 Hi guys ! This is a short disappointment video. 1.5 km into my comeback after a calf strain and I felt a slight twinge in the same area. So I done the right thing a walked for a bit. I have only had one strength session back so I probably need a couple more before it feels good again. Twice a day stretching for a couple of weeks I suppose ! The next Dean Team video will be up in the next day or two !
