23.01.2022 Congratulations to members of 223 ACU, who participated in today's Remembrance Day service in Leeton. It is so important that we never forget the cost of war and you did yourselves' and the unit proud. Well done and thank you.



21.01.2022 WELCOME to 2019 ... an auspicious start to another great year!!! We had 2 CUO's and 2 WO2's on parade; dedicated cadets and 15 new recruits. Proud of you all and special congratulations to the new promotions.

20.01.2022 Riverina challenge held at kopoka 2018 some of the photos over the weekend. I would like to congratulate all the cadets that took part in this year's challenge, you were all outstanding with your behavior and the commitment that your all showed when completed the obstacle course and overcome your fears, and gained self confidence then moved up the wets to complete a stimulating fire as this allowed to prepare for the live fire with the F88 and congratulate to the Leeton Bravo team that won the Trophy with Wagga. I am so honored to be a part of the 223 unit as you are all a bunch of amazing cadets.

20.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone for our End of Year Parade - it has been a great year. A special congratulations must go to the award winners, especially Frankie Cirillo for Cadet of the Year and Sarah Rowe for winning the Heather Barnard Trophy for Most Outstanding Female. We wish you all a great Christmas, thank you for 2018 and looking forward to 2019.

16.01.2022 What a GREAT NIGHT!!! 223 had our Floatation Night and had a really cool time ... one of the funniest and best nights in ages. Thanks for everyone for coming, getting wet and having a great time - that's exactly what Cadets is all about! You are all legends

16.01.2022 What a GREAT NIGHT we had at the swimming pool. Floating our field equipment (... and casualties) across the water, wrapped in only in a hootchie. Most kit stayed dry ... some not so dry! Brilliant night and well done to everyone.

10.01.2022 Ex Gold Rush 2019 Well done everyone on another successful weekend. The Golden Brick was one by CPL Honor of Cootamundra - great effort from all your sections. We even had rain to compliment our training!! Well done everyone for a tremendous effect.

07.01.2022 Anzac Day 2019 ... what an outstanding effort from all the cadets at 223 ACU. You were simply awesome! Particularly proud of the Catafalque Party who did 4 separate parades and the new recruits of 2019 - you marched with style and carried yourselves with distinction. Be proud of your efforts, commitment and participation in this great commemorative day.

06.01.2022 The End of Year Parade was enormously successful last night at 223 ACU and a great way to end 2019. It is always an honour to present the awards and we congratulate all winners and those promoted. Thank you to all cadets for making 223 ACU such a strong and dynamic unit, thank you to all staff and volunteers for your relentless work and to all parents and carers for your support. We end the year on a high and look forward to 2020 with anticipation. Have a great holiday everyone.

04.01.2022 On the weekend 223 Leeton travel to kapooka Army Base to take on a competition called Riverina Challenge which one of the sections will have the opportunity to win the trophy. All the cadets had the opportunity to take part in activities across the weekend which included Wets, loaded March over 4km with all their packs and webbing on there back, also swim test flying fox absailing canoeing and climbing cargo net. All cadet showed excellent behaviour team spirit over the weeke...nd and some overcoming their fears and and achieving their goals the may have set themself, fun had by all cadets and I would like to thank the staff for taking time away from their family to give the cadets the opportunity to come out of their comfort zone and the winner was 4 section which was a mixture of Leeton, ,Wagga and Cootamundra so they will all have a turn of displaying the trophy in their unit. 04.01.2022 We had to say farewell to one of our longest serving and much respected CUO last week! Very sad times as we say goodbye to Elijah and wish him all the very best in his future. You have been an inspiring role model, mentor and friend and we will miss you and truly wish you well. SOME memories for you!!
