I work hard to make your visit to 2231 Hair & Beauty relaxing and enjoyable and I strive to ensure that when you leave me you are feeling pampered and a little bit more beautiful than you already are. Sadly, in recent months I have experienced clients not turning up, last minute cancellation of appointments, out of hours calls to book appoin...tments and late payments. So, I thought now would be a good time to remind everyone of how I like things to work at 2231 Hair & Beauty. I work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only Appointments are available from 8.30am 5pm on these days, although I will try to accommodate clients later in the evenings if I can I send reminders to all clients in advance of their appointment please don’t book an appointment and then cancel on the day of the appointment. I have clients waiting for appointments - if you give me notice of your cancellation, I might be able to slot someone else in I don’t answer calls or SMS from clients out of business hours and on the weekends, please don’t expect a reply until the next business day When I am providing a service to clients, I don’t answer my phone, please send me an SMS rather than leave a message and then I can quickly respond when I get a break I require payment before you leave the salon, I take cash, or you can do bank transfer Lastly, I love all of you and I truly appreciate that you trust me with your hair and tanning needs. This is just a little reminder that my time is precious too, this my business and my job not my hobby. I won’t be taking any new customers due to getting current customers pampered will widen spaced appointment times.(next week I’m fully booked so please be understanding).
