15.01.2022 Dear valued customer As metropolitan Melbourne is currently in Stage 4 lockdown, we are would like to inform you that Big River Instant Turf will continue to supply and deliver instant turf for our valued customers across Victoria. To ensure we adhere to the Victorian Governments COVID19 guidelines we have implemented the following:... 1. Our office will be closed to the public until further notice and all orders are to be made by calling our office on (03) 5367 5505. All payments for orders can be made by credit card over the phone or via bank transfer. All invoices will be sent via email. 2. Pickups from our site will also be a contactless process to minimise transmission risk. When arriving on our site please follow the road down to the sheds. Once at the shed please call the office and we will arrange someone to load your vehicle. At no stage should you exit your vehicle and enter our facilities. We wish to minimise all contact interaction during the pickup process and appreciate your patience and understanding. 3. All staff will comply with face mask coverings. 4. All public members/trades/service personnel entering the premises must also wear face coverings as outlined by the Victorian Governments policies. 5. For deliveries, our staff will send a text message the day before a scheduled delivery with ETA. Our drivers will leave the turf on the nature strip unless other instructions have been provided. At no stage will our drivers engage with the recipient during delivers to ensure the process is contactless. 7. Our staff are aware of their expectations and restrictions to coming to work should they have any symptoms of COVID19, tested positive with COVID19, or if they have been in close contact with a positive test case. We would appreciate that any visitors to our site for any pickups do not attend if they have any flu like symptoms. STAY SAFE REGARDS BIG RIVER TEAM

This is only achievable through the hard work and dedication of our team beginning with the fantastic girls who co-ordinate and run our offices, our farm production managers and the harvesting and turf managers ensuring that such large orders are harvested on time whilst keeping the upmost quality assurance with our e...nd products, the logistics crews who play a massive role to get the turf to multiple sites throughout Melbourne and Greater Geelong and the Surfcoast on time and within works schedules. The team of four turf qualified installers who always achieve amazing results in laying the turf working with our customers to achieve successful project outcomes.
