23.01.2022 Hello everyone! Tonight we will be doing PT so please wear your unit undershirt (if you don't have one just a normal exercise shirt) and exercise pants. We will be doing a quick run to warm us up so please download zoom on your phones and join the call on them to make sure it will work to avoid wasting time at the beginning of the night.... For those with asthma ensure you have your puffers on you at all times. Zoom details on Email.

11.01.2022 We're baaaaaccccckkkkkkk #226acu 226 ACU returned to Parading this evening. A smidge less than 12months since our stand down in March 2020, and we return as smooth as if we never left. Familiar faces and new faces alike, we are thrilled to be back, and to have you with us.... A team that will make the AAC proud. 09.01.2022 Hello everyone, For todays lesson time we will be conducting dress inspections for everyone (Cadets and recruits are to attend the same zoom call). The timings are the usual 7:00pm-7:30pm so please have your uniform prepared. And if you are unsure of the requirements please look at the post from last week.... (Even if you do not have a uniform please attend so that you can learn from other people’s feedback)
