21.01.2022 It’s the final morning of Personal Training sessions in studio for 2020!! And I won’t deny - this year has been like no other. The biggest challenge about moving my business online was training my 1:1 clients, especially with trying to manage my children in the background A massive thank you to each and every one of you for sticking it out during such a challenging time. A massive thank you to you all for committing to every session once you’ve walked into the studio. We’ve shared many stories, celebrations, had many a vent, lots of laughs and even a few tears. But you all hold a special place in my heart For those I won’t see at groups next week, enjoy a well deserved break and see you all back fighting fit in 2021

15.01.2022 BE HOT BEHIND THE SCENES..... Making R&R plans for the holiday season!!! We’re heading into the last lap of 2020 and while this year’s holiday might be different than last year, I already know things are bound to get a little hectic.... Which is why I’m doing my absolute best to BUILD in some time to SLOW DOWN and ENJOY the season! Here are some of the things I am planning to do: * Spend time with the family outside (mostly in the pool!) * Watch some holiday movies together with the kids and hubby * Enjoy lots of family catchups with my sisters (including SIL), nieces and nephews, and friends * Read read and read And while I’m enjoying those things, that is ALL I plan to do!
