23.01.2022 That day I finished my run 3 years ago. Thank you all so much for the care of our veterans. Something I’ll cherish forever.

23.01.2022 Little bit of a different Anzac Day this year but still paid our respects to the fallen by hosting a driveway neighbourhood service for our diggers. #lestweforget

16.01.2022 I add this photo because through tough challenging times soldiers instinctively put their mates first. It’s what we do, it’s in our DNA and it’s our duty as soldiers to watch out for our mates always. With these tough times we are in at the moment please don’t ever assume your mate is ok. There is no doubt given all the restrictions placed on us all, there are veterans who are really struggling as I take time to write this message. Remember there’s always someone worse off ...than you are so please don’t stop checking in on your mate just because life is tough at present. Believe it or not something as simple as a phone call to a fellow digger you served with just to check how they are doing goes a long long way. We as soldiers understand each other better than anyone so don’t hesitate, just call a mate. We were trained at the highest level to die for our country and sacrifice for those it’s our duty to protect. If you are a veteran who is struggling through this difficult time then equally above call a mate and ask for help. We are all in this together men . Stay safe soldiers, and remember we are all here to help each other if we need. #onceasoldieralwaysasoldier

10.01.2022 Apologies legends, haven’t posted in a while on this page and I know some of you check it regularly. Keep watching over your mates as we looked over you when serving our country. #soldieron

07.01.2022 An absolute champion

01.01.2022 On this day 3 years ago I arrived in Jurien Bay after the 239k run in just a tick over 4 days. To this day I still value the support I received and the care for our veterans. I’d do it all again in a heart beat. Thanks all. #team239
